Serena Henry, Office Manager

Serena sincerely enjoys working with people, and in 2013 she was nominated for the Superior Service Award by the Inland NW Tourism Bureau. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her twin sister, Sebrena, and her 10 niece Kiara.
Mary Odette, Referral Coordinator
In Mary’s own words: “I’m loving being back to work full time after raising so many, many kids. I’ve recently transplanted from Wichita, Kansas and didn’t realize just how much I missed trees and waterfalls and mountains. After living in Canada growing up, it’s been great getting back to hiking, kayaking and enjoying the beautiful PNW as much as possible. When it’s too cold or smoky to be outdoors, I enjoy designing and making stained glass projects, especially if I can incorporate agates in to them. Sure is great being a part of the GPT team, and meeting so many new faces as well.”
Shelly Jensen, Billing & Insurance Specialist

After graduating from college, Kathy returned back to the northwest and settled in Spokane. Even though Kathy did not pursue a degree in physical therapy, she has worked for physical therapy offices since 1999, as a physical therapy aide, receptionist, office manager and medical biller. Kathy joined Center for Physical and Sports Therapy in December of 2009 as their medical biller.
Kathy and her husband Dan enjoy camping, road trips, church activities and spending time with their 7 year old son and 3 year old daughter. Every year Kathy takes on the personal challenge of running and training for one or two races a year.
