The Single Best Balance Exercise for Seniors!

This is one of those exercises that I’d like to be able to do until the day I die, in addition to things like deep squats.
And while this video is for seniors, this is an exercise that even people in their 30’s and 40’s should start keying into and optimizing, both for fall prevention and future agility.
