When it comes to increasing your activity level, you can use the 2-Point Rule for monitoring your various symptoms during whatever activity you’re working on improving.
For example, if you’re an athlete trying to improve your running tolerance, and your primary concussion symptom when you run is increased headaches, you can apply this 2-Point Rule like this: if you rate your baseline headache at 3/10, as you run, if your headache increases to 5/10, that’s when you want to stop and rest.
