“Why does my Pain Relief only last 3 days?”
A lot of people are frustrated by TEMPORARY pain relief, when what they’re really looking for is PERMANENT, lasting pain relief…
This was highlighted recently by a young woman I was working with, when she asked me this question: “Why does my pain relief only last 3 days?”
I of course had a very good clinical explanation for her, and it reminded me of 2 very important key points that you need to understand about pain relief, particularly if you’re looking for lasting pain relief.
I’ll explain these 2 key points in detail in the video, and I’ll summarize them in the text below…

Coronavirus (COVID-19) – BEST Piece of Health Advice
With the recent spread of the Coronavirus, aka COVID-19, there’s been a ton of media coverage, which includes some solid health advice.
This includes things like proper hand-washing hygiene, avoiding large groups of people, and how to disinfect the surfaces in your home and/or work environment.
And all of this advice is great… but there’s one HUGE piece of advice that I want to share that looks at the “bigger picture”.
In my opinion, this bigger picture is the strength of your immune system.

And in today’s blog/video, we’re going to go into more detail about the top causes of lymphedema and chronic swelling, which will set the stage for understanding how to treat it (which we’ll discuss in the 3rd blog/video).

What is “Lymphedema”? (Intro to Lymphatic System)

There are a variety of factors we need to consider when determining the underlying cause of chronic swelling and/or lymphedema, and it’s important to note that swelling and lymphedema aren’t quite the same thing. The difference between the two pertains to the underlying cause(s).
