Blueberry & Greens Smoothie

This time of year, there’s nothing better than a nice, cold smoothie packed full of good fat and a few greens for good measure.
Below is my favorite go-to smoothie recipe. If I’m going to want a little extra energy that day (say we’re going swimming at the beach) I’ll drink a pint of this after breakfast.

Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup coconut milk yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 large frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup coconut or almond milk
- 2 cups spinach leaves
- 2/3 cup frozen blueberries
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in blender and mix into a smooth consistency. Add the frozen blueberries last to avoid clogging the blender, and add additional milk if needed. Enjoy!
