Well, she’s done it again and inspired another blog/video!
If you read the first blog or watched the video, you might recall that Susie is a very active person and wanted to be able to walk 3-4 miles at a time, and she was also gearing up for cross country skiing.
I’m happy to tell you that 5 weeks later, she’s done just that!
And on her last visit, she asked me a great question…
She asked me “Did you guys do this, or did I do this?”
Susie was referring to whether Joe and I were responsible for her results or whether she was.
What a great question!
So, in today’s video, I’ll tell you exactly what I told Susie, and I’ll explain how she was able to get rid of her back/buttocks pain and return to walking up to 3 miles at a time!
