Intermittent Lumbar Traction w/ an Inversion Table (Back Pain & Sciatica Relief)

April 29, 2022

Intermittent lumbar traction can be a very effective way to reduce lower back pain, as well as sciatic nerve pain (aka “Sciatica”).

In previous videos about using inversion tables for pain relief, I’ve primarily focused on static or sustained traction.

But for some people, practicing “intermittent” traction can be more effective for pain relief, and it can allow them to tolerate traction/inversion for longer periods of time.

In this video, I’ll explain how to determine which type of traction/inversion is right for your type of pain (intermittent vs. static), and I’ll also tell you how to perform intermittent traction with your inversion table.

I hope this video helps you reduce your lower back pain and/or sciatica!
