Self-Massage Techniques for Neck Pain & Headaches

If you’re dealing with neck pain and headaches, including pain into your upper traps and shoulder blades, there are some simple and effective self-massage techniques you can use to reduce your pain immediately.
In this video, I’ll show you several ways to use a massage cane to relief muscle tension and to increase joint mobility in your facet joints.
This will include a demonstration of some “trigger point release” techniques, some “active release-style” techniques, and some joint mobilization techniques.
You can decide which treatment technique is your favorite!
