Weight Loss Secrets #1 and #2 – Join with a Partner and the Power of the Group Setting!

Welcome to my first two videos in my brand new weight loss video series! Over the coming weeks and months, I’m going to be sharing as many tips and secrets as I can to help you stick to your weight loss program and reach your goals!
If you didn’t already know, I’m very passionate about helping people lose weight and improve their health, and I’ve been coaching weight loss clients using a program called the “20-30 Fast Track”.

In the first video is this series, I’ll explain how people who start a weight loss program (such as the “20-30 Fast Track program) are much more likely to stick to their plan when they start with a partner, such as their spouse or a close friend.
If you start a weight loss program with a friend, you can help motivate each other and keep each other accountable. Even better, if you join with your spouse or significant other, you can both work together to rid your pantry of all the garbage/processed foods you don’t want to eat!
On the flip side, if you’re starting this type of program, and your spouse isn’t supportive, it can really work against you… so make this secret work in your favor! Here’s the first video:
In this second video, I’ll explain how when you make a plan to lose weight, you’re much more likely to stick to your plan and be successful if you join a group setting.
This can mean an in-person group near where you live, an online group, or some combination of the two. Another great example that I reference in the video is the “20-30 Fast Track” group on Facebook.
In a group setting, you’ll experience more accountability, more camaraderie and more inspiration, all of which will help you stay on track! So, when you’re ready to lose weight and improve your help, don’t go it alone… join a group! Here’s that video:
