Now, when it comes to lasting pain relief, especially for those people who’ve been dealing with pain for a long time, it’s very rare that any combination of “free exercises” will give them the type of relief they’re looking for…
If that’s the case, then why are so many “experts” offering up free advice and free exercises…?
In fact, I’m one of those “experts”! Why in the world am I offering people FREE exercises, when I know it won’t get them the results they’re looking for?
