5 Best Hands-On Techniques to Eliminate Neck Pain & Headaches
You’ve done your best to reduce you neck pain and headaches…you’ve improved your posture, you’re doing some neck and shoulder stretches, and you’ve done your best to reduce your triggers (like reducing your stress, sleeping more and eating better)…
And despite your best efforts, those headaches are still bothering you!
If this sounds like you (or someone you know and care about), you might just need a little help.

5 Simple Stretches to Reduce Neck Pain & Headaches
If you’ve been suffering from neck pain and headaches over an extended period, it’s very likely that your posture is a major contributing factor.
And while there are many factors to consider when trying to eliminate headaches, reducing the tension in the muscles surrounding your neck and shoulder blades is an excellent place to start.
In today’s blog, I’m going to share 5 simple stretches that you can perform in the comfort of your own home to help you start to loosen up these tight muscles and reduce your neck pain and headaches.

Paleo Almond Cookies
Every once in a while, you just need a tasty dessert to get you through the week (or to help you celebrate)!
The nice thing about most Paleo desserts in that they tend to be high in fat and protein and fairly low in sugar, so they’re actually fairly healthy, at least as far as desserts go.
So if you’re in the mood for something a bit sweet, and you enjoy the taste of almonds, I think you’ll love these cookies. They’re one of my favorites!
