Salmon Apple Salad (Paleo, AIP)
Making a big batch of this salad is an excellent way to get a bunch of healthy protein and fat, as well as a large serving of vegetables, all in one bowl!
I like to eat this type of “salad” straight from the bowl, and it’s also great to load into lettuce/spinach boats, as well as certain kinds of wraps.
There are about a million variations to this recipe, so feel free to experiment and get creative with your ingredients and spices.

Asian Cabbage Rolls (Paleo)
This tasty recipe features a ton of your favorite vegetables and is extremely versatile if you want to add meat and or eggs.
You can also mix and match various sauces and seasonings to create your own version!

Quinoa is a popular “grain substitute” in many gluten-free recipes. The texture is similar to rice, although it’s actually a seed taken from large flowering plants in South America. This recipe was a staff favorite at this year’s holiday party!
