Total Knee Replacement (TKR) Surgery – How to Avoid “Stiff Knee Syndrome”
Following Total Knee Replacement (TKR) surgery, about 5-10% of people with develop longstanding issues with knee pain, tightness, stiffness and swelling.
Some of these people will even develop “Stiff Knee Syndrome”, which includes the inability to full bend and straighten the knee, difficulty walking, weakness in the quad muscles, and swelling/heat surrounding the knee.
In this video, we’ll do into more detail about what “Stiff Knee Syndrome” is, and then I’ll share 3 things you can do to avoid developing it.

Total Knee Replacement (TKR) Surgery – “How long/often should I take my pain medications?”
I get a lot of questions from clients after TKR surgery about their pain medications…
People ask how often they should take their medications and how long they should take them after surgery.
They also ask me about the possibility of becoming dependent on pain medications for the rest of their lives.
In this video, I’ll address those questions in detail. And I’ll also tell you what to do if you find that the pain medications don’t agree with your system after surgery and make you feel nauseous and sick.
I hope this video helps!

How To Stick To Your New Year’s Resolutions
As the holiday season comes to a close, more and more people begin to think about their New Year’s resolutions.
Whether starting a healthier diet, trying new hobbies, or traveling more, it is common for people to struggle with sticking with their resolution.
One of the most common resolutions people establish is starting a healthier lifestyle for weight loss or to improve their overall health. From the convenience of fast food to the cost of organic produce, it’s no wonder why keeping this resolution seems so difficult. However, despite the ongoing challenges of sticking to your New Year’s resolution, it is possible to achieve your goals of healthier eating and living.

How to fix “Hip Bursitis” (aka “Trochanteric Bursitis”)
If you have pain along the outside of one of your hips, right near the bone that you can feel with your hands, it’s very likely that you have “hip bursitis” or “trochanteric bursitis”.
This bony prominence is called your “greater trochanter”, which is why this type of hip pain is often called “trochanteric bursitis”.
In this video, I’ll explain how to treat your hip bursitis pain, which starts with finding the ROOT CAUSE of your pain and then following what I call the “3 Phases of Recovery”.
Check out the video if you’d like to learn how to eliminate your hip bursitis pain!
I also have a video about what causes hip bursitis and trochanteric bursitis, and you’re welcome to start with that video first (I link to that video at 34 seconds into this one).
I hope this video helps you eliminate your hip bursitis pain!
