Intermittent lumbar traction can be a very effective way to reduce lower back pain, as well as sciatic nerve pain (aka “Sciatica”).

But for some people, practicing “intermittent” traction can be more effective for pain relief, and it can allow them to tolerate traction/inversion for longer periods of time.
